Important Information for Bookings​

In line with NDIS guidelines and Brumby Equine Assisted Therapy’s service policy, the following applies to all NDIS session bookings:

​

• If a participant has an assigned Support Coordinator, their contact details must be provided at the time of booking.

​

• A support person does not override the role of a Support Coordinator and cannot act on behalf of the participant without formal consent.

​

• All required confidential information and consent forms must be completed and returned before a session can be confirmed.​ 

​

These measures ensure all services are delivered ethically, respectfully, and in alignment with the participant’s NDIS plan and goals.
