NDIS Participants
We can provide services to NDIS participants that are Self-Managed
or Plan Managed.
NDIS participants fees are in line with Support Item and Price Limit

Cancellation policy
Cancelling sessions
A cancellation is a short notice cancellation if the participants:

Does not show up for a schedule support within a reasonable time when they are not present
at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider/support worker or
therapist is travelling to pick up to deliver the support; or
-
Has given less than 2 clear business days’ notice for therapeutic support.
We pride ourselves in providing individuals with quality services and are trained to provide a flexible and supportive equine mental health service. We understand the needs of the individual can change and we will accommodate these changes. Our cancellation policy enables an understanding and easy step forward when you are unable to attend your booked session.
Brumby Equine Assisted Therapy Pty Ltd only charge for cancellation of sessions if we are not notified within 2 business day notice. You can call, text, or leave a voicemail message on 0413 781 727 or email, parihan@brumbyeat.com.au .
For other cancellations, where the participant has provided notice of the cancellation prior to 2 business day notice before the scheduled service, Brumby Equine Assisted Therapy Pty Ltd will not charge a cancellation fee.
Brumby Equine Assisted Therapy Pty Ltd will charge 100% of the agreed price for the cancelled appointment. This charge may be excluded if the reason is under emergency circumstances.
