Service Description
Our Nature Based Respite and STA offerings invite NDIS participants and families to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel supported in the tranquillity of the Blue Mountains. A small-ratio, attuned environment where nature, horses, and caring facilitators hold space for rest, nervous system repair, and genuine connection.
Cancellation Policy
Brumby Equine Assisted Therapy requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us via text, email, or phone call at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid any charges. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 100% of the agreed session price, unless the cancellation is due to emergency circumstances, in which case the fee may be waived at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to providing quality services.
